Transport safety - Side curtain trucks
 [09/09/2010]In accordance with the agreed road transport standard and Coles requirements, effective Monday 11th October Side Curtain Trucks must have either:
Gates OR Load Restraint Curtains
We have been instructed not to load any trucks which do not conform to these requirements.
The exception to this rule will be for trucks collecting small loads that do not exceed 1 pallet high. More

Damaged Crates - Supplier News 16/08/10
 [18/08/2010] Our wash process is designed to reject damaged crates, however, if the damage is minor (eg – cracked handle) it may pass through our automatic sensors without being detected.
So if you receive any crates that are damaged please DO NOT USE THESE.
Please ensure that you pass this on to the relevant people in your pack houses.
You can return damaged crates back to Logtek and receive a full credit for the hire charge. More

B Doubles at Brisbane RRU
 [26/07/2010] For those of you that collect out of Brisbane, you will know that truck congestion is a problem at this site.
  To make loading more efficient we request that B-Doubles arrive after 9am. Please pass this on to your transport companies.
  We understand that this won’t be possible in all situations, but where possible your co-operation will be appreciated.
